RETURN POLICY
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the memo date or 15 days from the invoice date.
- We expect the returns to be sent back to the address mentioned below.

- All items must be in the original form. Any damage incurred; customers will have to pay for the amount in full.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email about the return package being accepted by the Shipping & Receiving Department.
- Please make sure the packages are insured. Customers are welcome to use their own choice of carrier.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Any basic stock purchase within a year can be stock balanced at 2:1.
- All products should be in their original condition and pass our in-house Quality Check.
- Special Orders cannot be returned.
